Seattle-based Skyros Quartet (“ravishing, articulate, sonically appealing approach that has passion more than sentiment” review) returns to the Nordic Chamber Music stage with a performance of string quartets by Swedish composers Wilhelm Stenhammar and Elfrida Andrée. Both works base movements on songs from each composer’s childhood. In true serenade form, NWEGS Composer-in-Residence, Steven Luksan, will arrange songs by Laura Netzel for the quartet and soprano Laura Loge, sung in Swedish.
